Hi all,
I must admit I panicked a little bit yesterday as my weight jumped to 108,7kg in the evening after having vegetables. I believe this problem was due to not drinking enough water during the day and having problems with the toilet stuff, which is totally new thing for me (never had problems, in fact it was the other way round in the past).
Anyway, decided to increase the intake of water by far and see what happens.
Luckily, my weight this morning was not that bad altogether as it was 107,5kg, so only 300g increase compared to the morning before.
Evening weight: 108,3kg, not great.
